16.000 EUR donnation collected
A charity event initiated by Kirsten Althoff for the hospice in Lünen raised over 16,000 EUR.
As part of a charity run followed by a sociable get-together, an open-air reading by Dr. Michele Ufer about motivation, mental training and big goals took place as a highlight. The title of the reading was: "How much head is in your feet?
Dr. Ufer read from four books and captivated the audience. He covered everything from the Soccer World Cup to extreme ultramarathon adventures in the desert to mental training, mind control and the intelligent use of boundaries.
