Design & implementation of a soft skills university curriculum
Dr. Michele Ufer designed a curriculum for a private university in the IT sector on the subject of "soft skills" and successfully carried it out for several years. In addition to experience-based workshops, innovative examination forms were also developed. The students were already involved in partner companies during their studies and were thus able to put the know-how they had acquired into practice. The following topics were taught, partly in close cooperation with the HR departments of partner companies:
