They seem to climb weightlessly on overhanging cliffs. They run to the summit of Kilimanjaro, twice on the same day. They complete the exhausting Ironman competition 20 days in a row. Or they run 250 kilometres through the desert - like Michele Ufer. For his book "Limit Skills", the extreme sportsman and running psychologist has set himself people for whom there seem to be no limits - and found that these top performers, from sport and other areas, know exactly their limits.
