Due to the great response beyond running, the Institute for Running Psychology was renamed the Institute for Endurance Psychology. The institute offers excellent services to promote motivation, performance and health.
Leading sport psychology experts support professional and recreational runners, triathletes and other endurance athletes and their trainers in integrating the latest psychological findings into training, competition and everyday life. The goal: to make them mentally (even) stronger in order to master important challenges better and to stay healthy and happy in the long run. Because one thing is clear: Success is always a mental matter. So is failure.
During the maintenance of the endurancepsychology.com website, key information and an access to the Online Assessment for Runners are hosted here on the site of the founder Dr. Michele Ufer.
